We at Thatcham Youth are very excited to announce that we have had our funding from Thatcham Town Council renewed for another three years. We have been extremely lucky to be supported by Thatcham Town Council with funding since 2010 when we first launched. Our latest agreement with them runs from 2022 – 2025 and is for a total of £21,000 – at £7,000 a year. The funding will go towards our core activities in Vision Youth Club, The Zone Youth Club & Thatcham Roller Disco.

This funding combined with our funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, means our core activities are fully funded for the next three years at least. On the funding, our Head of Youth Activities said, “We are greatly appreciative of this funding from Thatcham Town Council and for their support over the years. It means we are able to offer not just security to our current youth provision, but also look at starting new provision for young people.”
