Youth Club Volunteer Roles

Thatcham Youth is always looking for help from volunteers and are open to all offers of help. All volunteers must be at least 16 years old (may vary depending on activity). Whether you have no experience or have volunteered in the past, we welcome all volunteers who are enthusiastic.

All of our Youth Club volunteers will receive an induction to the club, a tour of the building and a run through of some basic information on their first night. Over an agreed period of time, if wanted, we will work on a development plan around shadowing, training courses and qualifications to help you in your role at the youth clubs.

If you are interested in any of the below volunteering opportunities then please contact info@thatchamyouth.org.uk

The Zone Youth Club

    • Have a special interest in either arts, crafts or music? Whether you want to lead an arts activity, teach young people how to play instruments or simply help our staff run arts & music activities, Inters Youth Club needs your help.

    • Don’t have a particular interest but still want to help with providing youth provision at Inters Youth Club? Then feel free to volunteer by helping out with whatever is necessary, whether it be sports, arts, music, running the tuck shop; we have plenty going on that you could help out with!
